During this keynote presentation we will be invited to find insights and inspiration from the story of 2 time Olympic Rowing Gold Medalist Susan Francia. Susan will give all of us a βseat in the boatβ of her success as an Olympic medal-winning rowing champion and discuss what she learned about how to be a great teammate and contribute to the success of a high performing team.

For this session Jen & Killian will be hosting a panel of 3 external change leaders from three vastly different companies, industries, geographical locations and levels of expertise. The one commonality is that they have all successfully led a major merger change within companies. We will be hearing from Susana Velez, who was in charge of integrating Bemis into Amcor, Shawn Hubbartt, who worked for a company that was bought up by Siemens Energy and Hugo Wilkinshaw who led several mergers and acquisitions during his 30 years of consulting at Deliotte, EY and now as the Chief Strategy Officer for Ant Works.

During this final session, we will be guided through the elements which makes for a holistic learning experience to amplify and solidify the pieces of digital, experiential learnings weβve accumulated during the two densely packed days of the virtual retreat. Fred and Samuel will want us to work in groups and also reflect individually on what the key take-aways should be and how we can use this retreat as a platform to further grow, contribute and excel in our teams and our roles.
