Jodi is known for evoking thoughtful dialogue and empowering leaders to apply their learning in actionable ways.
Over the past 20 years, Jodi has built a depth of expertise in assessing, developing and coaching leaders in the U.S. and globally. She has worked with leaders and organizations from a wide range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, defense, higher education, and manufacturing. Her Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology enables her to offer evidence-based approaches and solutions to leadership, team, and organizational development.
