An Open Letter to Leaders Facing COVID-19

We are in this together. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. Together, we will adapt and meet the new challenges ahead.

I’ve been through countless personal and professional crisis throughout the years, from the Tiananmen Square Protests to being on the plane that landed in the Hudson River. From these experiences, I’ve learned many lessons that can apply to today’s situation. Together, we will rise to this current challenge and come out stronger than ever.

At Experience to Lead, we exist to support and adapt to our clients’ needs. Never has this been truer than now. During this unprecedented time, we are focused on helping you manage change and the unknown challenges that lie ahead. I will be developing a series of practical tips to help leaders manage crisis and will be providing additional resources in the coming days.

We recognize that every organization is unique. My desire is to arm you with actionable ideas that you can immediately implement to help your organization navigate and thrive during this uncertain time. If we can be of service to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out by emailing us at [email protected].
